Daddy, when did you stop loving me
Was it when I was 11
When you told me
I wasn't a good daughter
Was I really so terrible
That you stopped caring about me
You never came to see me anymore
I was afraid of you anyway
All the pain you gave me
(7 years and counting)
Has made me stronger though
Stronger than you have ever been
You didn't even call on graduation day
I was so proud I made it
But we didn't make it
You didn't even want to
I'm a young woman now
You're still a little boy
When did I get older than you, Daddy
