I know what will happen if I go with you.
I'll spend very night with you,
In your arms,
To wake up every morning with you laying beside me.

I'll watch your peaceful face.
When you have to get up and I don't,
You'll tuck the covers around me and
Kiss my face
Before you go to take your shower.
And when you get home from work,

Warmth of your presence.

And that you still can't believe that I actually came.
Me neither, I'll say, but
I'm so glad I did.

And then I'll be vulnerable.
If you don't fall in love with me,
Or if you find someone else,
Then we won't wake up together.
